~ Thursday, October 7th, - Annual Golf Tournament at Forsyth Country Club, $40.00 per player & hole and tee sponsorships for $150.00 with all proceeds going to Georgia’s Burn Foundation. Tee time 1:00 pm with a shotgun start. If you would like to participate in the Golf Tournament on the 7th, please complete the additional registration form
~ Friday, October 8th, - Pre-Engineered Kitchen Systems (PEK) Permit Holders, Craig Schroll, FireCon
~ Saturday, October 9th - Fire Extinguisher Portables (FEP) Permit Holders, Craig Schroll, FireCon
On both the 8th & the 9th a continental breakfast will be available at the 7:00 am sign-in, the classes will begin at 8:00 am and end at 5:00 pm, lunch will be included in the fee for registrants only. Please indicate below if you have guests for lunch.
Each training seminar has been approved by the Georgia State Fire Marshals Office for 8 E.E.C. credit hours.
Training must be attended in its entirety to be eligible for the State approved 8 hour credits.
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by Friday, October 1, 2010. The registration fee, less a $25 service fee, will be refunded after the conference.
Registrations & Payments MUST be received by October 1, 2010 ~ No refunds will be processed after October 1, 2010.
